Highlights
This is a spring/summer dinner party menu which will bring something fresh to your dinner table this season. Apart from learning how to make each dish, you will learn knife skills, basic techniques, and how to work in a more practical way. As well as dinner we will have time for tea and coffee and a light snack to fuel your cooking. You will also be provided with a pack with a time plan and all the tried and tested recipes. With 18 years of cooking professionally under my belt, I want to be able to use my experience to make your lives easier!
